Ozark Trail Heavy Duty Steel Folding Shovel

We were at the beach and my son wanted to dig on the beach. We looked at the poor quality shovels in the tourist shops and they were the same price as this great shovel. We ordered it for delivery and it came quickly and was great for digging in the sand. We even stuck it in the suitcase and brought it home because it was so good.

My absolute favorite best shovel I've EVER had. A lot smaller than I anticipated, but it's worth the hunching over to dig because this shovel is a MONSTER %26 can dig up just about anything. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality shovel!!

Bought 2 to put in the car and the truck for safety in the winter to dig out of snow if necessary in an emergency. I gave it 5 stars simply because of the bild quality. Haven't actually used them and hope I don't need to but you never know. If I do need their service I will modify this review to their performance.

Omgggg the pointed/serrated edges made such an easy cleanup for this ice storm we just had. Only bad thing is it was short but we got on our knees and plowed out by day 4 of the ice storm

It's a p00per scooper.... not much to say about it other than it sure feels like it's built *solidly* and that's what matters the most. The 2nd thing that matters the most is its price and at 10 bucks this is great value. Good job Ozark Trail.

I literally bought this to bury a squirrel a dog killed. I travel a lot and having a giant shovel in my tiny car wasnt ideal. Garden shovels snapped with it.being winter and the ground

It's a great value for the price. Durable, versatile, easy to use, %26 takes up way less space than full size shovels. Perfect for light outdoor or gardening projects, as well as camping %26 hiking. I keep one in the truck for emergencies.

the shovel part is pretty good, but whenever the weather got really bad it stopped working right the first day. It started out just fine but before the second day it stopped tightening up right, so had to pretty much swing it like a hatchet to break the ice.

I'm not a camper. This was one of a couple of choices for foldable shovels that could still be ordered in advance of an expected snow storm. I planned to keep it in the car, thinking I could use it to dig myself out if I got stuck. I liked that it was made of steel, had a pointed tip and a serrated edge. However, it does not extend as far as my last foldable shovel. It's very short. And it is hard to get the shovel to stay in position. It keeps coming loose and I can't adjust the handle as shown on the box. Pretty sure I'm going to return it. Maybe my intended application was not right but the shovel just isn't working correctly and there are no directions.

It's small. Like for gardening. Kind of heavy. I purchased to put in the trunk for snow days. I couldn't get it to lock in full position. When it slipped and hit me it was painful. I returned to the store.
