it works. the texture is handy if your hands are wet or oily. it went in okay. had to unlock it before I could install it and that was frustrating.it operation is smooth a lot better than are old one. this is our door that leads to our no no area. the bolt slides smooth.

We recently started having problems with our old door knob. It is also a hyper tough brand and it's been on our back door for 11 years. I'm hopeful we will get just as many years of use out of our new hyper rough doorknob/lock and deadbolt combo. It was very easy to put in and took less than 10 mins. Right now the only negative I can think of is the deadbolt is kinda hard to turn to lock it but it may just be that it's new. Our door knob came with 3 keys which is plenty for us. I really like the keys on this one because they are different looking than our front door lock (which is also hyper tough brand) I have attached pics of the door knob and keys. This is a great quality brand that we have had good luck with in the past. I feel secure with this brand and will continue to use hyper tough as it lasts for many years. So happy we have a functioning lock again for our door!

These door knobs and locks came in handy so much as we are slowly updating out home. I love that they came with 3 keys instead of just 1 or 2. Very easy installation for the knobs but we have to get the right tools to be able to install the deadbolt and plan on doing that soon. Weve had the knobs installed for weeks with no issues. They work great!

easy to install. one key for both lots. make sure both key locks face the same way when installing. will make closing the door better.

This set is VERY easy to install, sturdy and nice looking. I really like the fact they are keyed alike!

It looks good. The price is good. Our previous set (brand) of locks look similar but it cost more. It was easy to install. Work great, just like the previous set.

It's nice looking. It's easy to use the only thing that I didn't like about it is that the screws that hold the door knob onto the door are too long so now when I open my door, I hit my knuckle on the screws, but there's no way to get them in any deeper than they already are so I think they need to make the standard screw in 3 different lengths and offer them in the box!

Easy install, comes with everything you need. I did have to use some of my old parts because of my door build, but it still worked fine with other parts. Firm, not wiggly when installed.
