Avoid vitamin C with I3C
I3C requires acid to be absorbed but Vitamin C may reduce absorption. The defatted flax in this blend is brilliant for those of us seeking estrogen balance or mitigation. I3C might be your only option due to ubiquitous use of soy in DIM products. (I3C is a precursor to DIM)

pleased with quality AND price
For the past several years I have been purchasing a comparable product for twice the price. A couple months ago I switched over and have been thrilled with the resultsresults ever sincr. Same ingredient's for less!

No Soy
In my search for this type of product this Now brand was the only one that didn't have soy. This company has a lot of gluten free products and more and more I choose their brand. This product is helpful to my family.

READ LABEL CAREFULLY
I bought this to help my immune system fight off a virus. However, I did not notice that the coating is made of flaxseed which is something you should AVOID if you have the virus I have(which they wont let me mention by name). Im not blaming the product or company, it was my fault for not reading carefully but just wanted to warn anybody else from making the same mistake.

They are huge compared to the product I have used for years from Swanson. It was not available with no date as to when I could get it so I ordered this product from a different manufacturer ..I cannot swallow them
