Swanson Sensoril 125 mg 120 Capsules

I've been taking this for several years. It is calming. It is a lower dosage than most other brands You can take more or less depending on your needs. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Swanson products already always high quality at reasonable prices.

I have tried several "anti-stress" pills - but....have come back to this one - it does not make me jittery and helps take the edge off. I work w/ "needy" customers all day long and find when I take this - it helps me be calmer and more relaxed and more willing to want to help.

I started taking this about 4 months ago, and I really didn't know if it was helping me or not. I just wasn't seeing or feeling anything different. So, I decided to stop taking it to see if there was any differences. And I did notice that I didn't feel the same as I did when I was taking it. Now I'm back to taking it every day, and I know that it is helping me, even if I can't notice anything while taking it.

I actually purchased this for my son, who has a very stressful job, and have taken many things myself for stress over the years, such as B vitamins, and some herbs, and found that they really didn't help much. Lately I was feeling stressful over my job, and my son's divorce, and didn't have any of my usuals in the house, but did have a bottle of this, as I said I had purchased for my son. I took one and I noticed within an hour I felt calmer, my stomach felt less acidic. A couple of days later I felt I needed another, and sure enough it worked for me. I know not everything works for all people, but this product works better for me than the other things I have tried, and no side effects that I have noticed either. I just added this to my auto-ship.

I can tell a difference in my ability to deal with stress since I started taking this product. This is the first product that I have felt good enough to write a review for. My wife deffinately notices a diffference in my overall well being as well. This is a great product that works well for me.

Two weeks ago, I began taking 125 mg of Sensoril every morning. Since then, I've noticed a steady improvement in my ability to focus and concentrate at work, and I no longer have that unexplained sense of foreboding. I'm increasing my intake to 125 mg twice a day; for me, Sensoril has done what it claimed it would. I just wish that Swanson would market it in the 250 mg dose!

I have used this product off & on during stressful periods for several years & have been very pleased with the results. It has helped me deal with many extremely difficult situations more calmly. I am new to this product. I have been taking it for only three weeks and I am feeling much better since starting this supplement. I will report back after two months to see if I have any additional comments.

I believe I see some results with this one. Not super clear like a switch on or off but appears to have some effect which is what I was after. No negatives and that's just as important. I could recommend to others if it came up in this vein.
