Love having my floors swept daily. Monday/Wednesday/Friday the main part of the house gets swept. Tuesday/Thursday the rest of the house gets swept. If I want the upstairs swept (no one uses it), I will have to buy another one or sweep it by hand.

This works OK. I'm sure there are better's out there at a higher price point. The battery life is not terrific. It often times has to recharge prior to finishing sweeping, and I don't have a very large house. I've also noticed that it does not always run as scheduled, and I have yet to figure out why.

I love the fact that it's able to track your floor plan, you can customize the suction power and the number of times it cleans one area before it goes to the next - those are my favorites about it. The down side for OUR house is that we have small area rugs in some places, and sometimes it goes over them fine but mostly gets stuck — then…the thing I HATE is that once it gets stuck it starts cleaning the area again from start, instead of continuing from it's stuck point. One day it took 2 hours to do my living room because it kept getting stuck on the base of my cat's treehouse. But overall I think a good thing for the price and convenience. Also!….you can set clean timers, which is a nifty feature!

picks up dirt good but it doesn't do any good if you can't find any accessories for her filters. every single thing I look at on Walmart says it's out of stock. I tried eBay can't find anything on there. I guess that's probably what was on sale? doesn't do any good they have a vacuum if you can't find any filters. and the battery life is terrible. but I do have to admit it picks up dirt and cable very well that's supposed to it. but I need it to maintain my house because I have pets and I can't find any filters for it

First robot vacuum I have owned. Use it mostly hardwood floors and rugs. I use it daily. Like the feature where you can pick an area to clean and not the whole house. It can have trouble when there are things in the way, like toys or light rugs. The only issue I have had is it doesn't tell me when the dust collector is full.

Was a pain setting up had to call my internet provider and call support for product. Finally after 5 or so days it started working and actually did really well vacuuming was kinda impressed then about 2 months later it just discontented from Wi-fi and won't reconnect.

I have an issue with the vacuum not operating correctly. It stops all the time and I thought it was the battery. I had trouble founding a contact number to call. After running in circle, I was given an email. I wrote and asked for a new battery and I was told the battery is not under warranty. I recently purchase this vacuum and it is barely 6 months old. They have the worst customer service. I asked for a new vacuum and they keep sending the same message regarding the battery which might or might not be the problem. I do not recommend this product.

i had high hopes for this vacuum, but I'm extremely disappointed — both in the product and the company behind it. I used the vacuum about five times a week for less than 50 minutes each time, and despite that very reasonable usage, the battery completely died in under five months. When I reached out to the company for support, I was essentially told, “Oh well, too bad.” They made it clear the battery isn't covered, and there was no offer to replace it, discount a new one, or take any responsibility. The battery is no longer even sold on their site, which seems to confirm they know there's a problem with it. This is not how a reputable company treats its customers or stands by its products. I strongly encourage anyone considering this vacuum to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other brands that actually back what they sell. I expected better.

I got it, opened the box and set it up according to the instructions. However, it would not work. It would not move or clean, but instead just kept telling me to install the dust bin which was already in. It felt really cheap as well. I returned it immediately and ordered a different brand.

I was happy with the item. I received it on March 8, 2025, and it seemed to work great for the price. I have had several of these through the years, but not this brand. I am very disappointed because it stopped working on April 19, 2025. I know the date well, because it was the night before Easter Sunday. I have tried troubleshooting, and found there really isn't much help available online. I really think I wasted my money. Luckily, I have 2 other ones by a different manufacturer and am able to use them.
