Lightly elastic but not overly compressing. Has smooth slim appearance with slacks/dress pants. Padding material not too thick or thin, comfortably balanced. Would not recommend wearing this alone without a pad or cup during period. Most comfortable with wingless pads. Not too bulky combined.

I have heavy, extended cycles every month to the point where I'm always concerned about getting an embarrassing leak while out and about. So I started doing my research to tryout period underwear to help as extra protection. I came across these and decided to buy them because they have the extra coverage that I need that most period underwear doesn't provide. I'm so glad I bought these. Even with me wearing extra heavy overnight pads with these they weren't bulky, they're super comfortable, and I was worry free because I had zero leaks. I will absolutely order more in additional colors. I followed the size guide and it fit perfectly.

This is second set I have purchased. Went up one size. After washing, panties do shrink a small amount. As an mature woman, I wear these for the occasional incontinence protection. More comfortable than the Hanes brand. The fabric is soft and does not bind. Yes, they are briefs- waist is high, like the images show.

These panties are awesome! The fit is snug to your body, and stays that way. No saggy baggy after washing and wearing many times. Do buy up on one size. Will buy again and again.

Comfortable. The quality of the design and material make these pantys worth the money and having now found them I will be buying them again to replace those that I have on hand but aren't as good.

exactly was I was looking for. these are not your tipicial soaking period panties, read the instructions people!!! these are intended to replace panty liners for leaks while wearing a cup, disc or tampon. I only wish they were higher waisted. I sized up because I bloat during the first two days.

Okay, I should have read the product description before ordering. When I read "Period Panties" or "Period Underwear," I think of panties that are supposed to replace the use of pads, tampons, or cups. These are not that kind of underwear, and you, as the description states, will not be able to replace your other item of choice, like I initially thought you could. In my opinion, that makes these not true "period panties" like some other brands. HOWEVER, they do serve the purpose they are intended to. Will definitely use them when I'm on my period for extra protection like they are intended. The fact it has a wider gusset is great for extra coverage and comfort. They are also comfortable and cute. I really like the fact they are high wasted.

Very good can wear all day except on heaviest days. Pretty tight on stomach even though I ordered two sizes up. They do run smaller than regular panties.
