I have used many different vacuum cleaners over the past 15 years, and was never 100% happy until I found this game-changing cordless vacuum from Midea. It is super portable with its light weight and cordless feature, but the outcome is amazing because of its strong suction power. With the super portability and different tools for different surfaces, it is extremely easy to vacuum the floor, the stairs, and every corner in the house without needing to constantly bend down to sort out tangled cord or switch outlets for different rooms. My house is a lot cleaner on an ongoing basis after we got this cordless stick because it makes frequent vacuuming quite pleasant and satisfying! In addition, assembly and charging are very straightforward. I also love the removable battery - in case I need another battery as backup or replacement, I can easily get that and continue using the same vacuum for a really long time. Very impressed by the whole package and the value it provides. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, efficient and pleasant way to vacuum their house. I am really glad we got this new vacuum!!
First of all, the box for the vacuum was tightly sealed and the parts of vacuum were protected very well in a few hard and shaped paperboards. It is very unlikely to be damaged during the shipment. Second, the vacuum is so easy to assemble. It comes with a few different tools including floor nozzle, crevice tool, upholstery tool, and pet tool. All those features definitely would meet any cleaning needs I have. Third, cordless is the best. It is so much better than the traditional vacuums with the cords, which saves you a lot of energy and time. I groomed my dog and hairs got everywhere. I used this vacuum for the first time and got surprised how effective it was- very easy to use, clean fast, see better because of the light on the bottom. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended!!
I chose this cordless vacuum because it has literally every feature I was looking for. This is my 3rd cordless vacuum purchase in the last 7 years. The first 2 were somewhat less expensive, but the performance was substantially inferior to the Innova. This vacuum cleaner is so powerful that it sucks up everything, including my cat's crystal litter (which the other 2 just scattered around). As well, the suction is so powerful that it does as good (if not better) a job on the carpet as my regular (corded) vacuum cleaner. In fact, it nearly makes it obsolete. I also love the anti-tangle feature (I have extremely long hair that tends to get wrapped around the roller), as well as the headlight feature. The battery lasts a long time on the low setting, which is surprisingly powerful. I love that the battery charging dock is separate from the vacuum, as most homes do not have an outlet in a utility closet (who wants their vacuum sitting out in plain view while charging?). My ONLY complaint (and it's fairly minor) is how the battery sits at the top of the vacuum (near the handle), making it top heavy and awkward. I do get why they designed it this way since the top part detaches into a handheld vacuum. However, if the battery holder was located down further, it would help to stabilize the weight. As a result, it's more fatiguing on the arms because you're having to support that extra weight up high on the stick/handle, rather than the weight being at the bottom of the vacuum, which would also help keep it from jumping around due to being too lightweight where the vacuum head meets the floor. Other than that, this vacuum is nearly perfect and performs beautifully. I spent a bit more this time hoping to get a better quality vacuum and the Innova has surpassed my expectations (I thought I'd have to spent $400 to get something that performs as well as this one does). Shipping was quick and it arrived in perfect condition.
Had for a few weeks and so far so good. The battery does die quicker on the heaviest suction mode but last longer on the medium mode which is plenty stronger enough for normal everyday vacuuming. I only have hard floors so can't speak on carpet. Love the accessories and the ease of use.
Very top heavy because of battery which gets tiresome to arm. Also it only runs for about 30 minutes not an hour. If battery isn't charged it won't run in any way shape or form even if plugged in to wall. I was hoping it would be great for car but run time was not enough. Great for a fast clean up of kitchen hard floors after cooking. Not for a whole house type of deal. 1500 square feet with 95% hard wood and it dies before I am done.
Does alright for what it is. I knew the battery wouldn't last long at all per charge assuming I could easily purchase extras if I liked the vacuum itself. Well I like it… or would if I could actually find extra batteries anywhere!!! If anyone reading this happens to be better at scouring the internet than me I'm desperate for more! The one only does a very quick sweep of half my house if I'm lucky. The brush doesn't get all tangled like all the other vacuums I've tried in the past (which is a TON) and I absolutely love this feature and it's honestly the only reason I'm so determined on the battery search.
Belt broke 2nd day of use, Eureka said it didn't have a belt but I had a broken belt in my hand. Then Eureka would not return my calls. Walmart would not take it back because it was over thirty days from purchase date due to time wasted dealing with Eureka.NO
received today..bad battery..battery dock does not work..tried to charge battery plugged in on the top of the canister..was charging for 6 hrs..still no charge..called customer service..they wanted a video of it not working..shows no indicator lights..not recommended
I bought this and was very excited. The first day I wasn't sure how I felt about it. I do like the detachable battery and the battery display. It felt heavy to me. It seemed very loud so I took the roller out to inspect but didn't find anything wrong. I've had this 1 week tomorrow and I am returning it tomorrow. I did notice a small belt on the roller busted already. Overall for $150 it's not worth it. I really wanted to like this. I did like how it went on my carpets as others suck it up, this didn't.
I bought this a month ago, and the realized it only works for a few minutes. When it works, it works really well. I wasn't checking the charging of the battery. I decided to order a backup battery to keep my wife happy. She loves it otherwise. Neither battery charge past 1 bar. I did not catch that until today. It's only a month old. I see a common issue. Filed a warranty claim, so we will see. Hopefully they fixed this with newer models, as it is a common issue. Probably should have expected this, given it was dropped to $100, from $229. When a deal is too good.. Fortunately I also bought a different model on Amazon same time. That one works. Did need to order a new charging cord though. Not sure I trust Eureka for stick vacuums. Not sure if I can for any of their products. I am sure they will correct this, and hopefully they've fixed this apparent flaw. Thanks China.
