If you have a pluming drain of any kind this is the tool for you. My problem was a toilet stoppage that was cleared in minutes, saved me a service call and repair bill. If use this tool only one time you will have saved your self five or six times from a plumber visit.

Put it together by myself. Would have been easier with one other person. Looks good and seems to be strong enough for gate.

It works as advertised. Easy to use and gets the job done in a short time. It is well worth the money.

It worked for unclogging a toilet. I'm thankful for that.

it is not too bad. better than we expected it to be quality wise. The cable does kink under twisting sometimes, so it is only going to be good for a few uses. It is good at ramming straight down the pipe and pushing stuff. It goes around 45 degree turns with no problem. it has saved us $250 plumber bill twice, so there's that to consider.

Housing is wimpy. The tool is tiny. The plastic will melt from the friction if you turn it too fast. I ended up cutting off the handle. The steel is good quality. It did the job. I would recommend this for someone who's willing spend 30% more time working a block and won't need it frequently. I'd be surprise if I got more than 6 good blockages cleared with it. The value is good because it is so inexpensive and still somehow works. It won't last though.

It is not as good as rigdig - as cable is not fully getting retracted back.

The manual feed model is Absolutely garbage as it is a flimsy cable which doesn't advance even when there is small amount of resistance and it is not that you can advance or retract using the twist handle.
