i have a indoor outdoor cat that loves to sleep on the arm of my couch and always making it dirty so I got this to help clean up my cat's mess and this shampooer worked amazing! after shampooing the arm of the couch I decided to shampoo the entire couch it's winter time but the suction on the shampooer so good that the entire couch is dried and under 30 minutes I love how the fabric of my couch remained soft and not stiff which was a huge concern of mine. The price point was a huge factor in my purchasing this shampooer and for the price it was a great value.

Great little upholstery cleaner. I have 3 kids and a dog and I had no idea my couch was even this dirty. It took me a min to figure out how to use it but once I figured it out it was fast and efficient. Very happy with the results and its stores compact. well designed.

I have two dogs and this cleaner has been a life saver. It removes pet stains and accidents so easily and leaves no smell behind. It works very well. I only cleaned with water; I didn’t want to use the cleaning solution at first to see how it would clean using just water. My recommendation is to spray enough liquid so the entire surface gets evenly cleaned, because if you don’t, you may see marks between clean and dirty areas (as happened to me). It did remove some stains, but I didn’t spray enough water and that left water marks. It makes a bit of noise while vacuuming. It can leave some marks from the corners of the accessory tip(as pic 3 ), but they come off afterward—nothing serious. I just didn’t press too hard to avoid damaging the furniture. Overall, it’s very practical and affordable. I loved the product.

Comes with 250ml cleaning fluid and directions just say "make the water and detergent solution to a certain proportion" but do NOT say what that is!!! There is a QR code that gets you to email, but they haven't responded to me about what to do with soap solution. Probably going to return as I won't use it with just water and don't want to mess up my rugs guessing wrong with the soap. Really poor 'manual'. The INSE website Walmart links to goes nowhere as well. Probably not a good choice to sell, Walmart.

Returned this item and had a nightmare getting my refund. The return was denied over a missing small formula bottle, even though the machine itself was sent back. I used the cleaner once and the second time it stopped working completely. Now I’m still waiting on my money. Lesson learned: I will never buy third-party, non-brand items here again.

The spray trigger is stuck after 3 uses. I only used a 1/2 tank and the machine is not functioning properly. I loved the purple color. The machine is light and would be perfect but the stuck sprayer make it only usable for sucking up. I tried WD40 and that didn't cure the problem either.
