I've tried After about five years or so, I have tried many diaper liners, different kinds of brands and I keep coming back to tranquility because they really do hold the most fluid. I hate when I can't get them because they're sold out until they bring them back in so I always get a little bag extra in case because I don't like to use any of the others.

I've really been having bladder troubles for the past several months. Usually it would be just a small amount but these past 2 weeks as soon as I get the urge %26 stand it's open the flood gates and the disposable underwear would absorb some but it's usually running down my legs with these pads they absorb a lot %26 my undies are still dry it's awesome not doing that but I have to go every 30 minutes to an hour is wearing me out. And on the 29th of this month I'm having a total knee replacement.

I bought these for my 96-year-old mother.. It's the third brand I have tried and I think these absorb the most for overnight usage inside an overnight pull-up.

Even the size 4/5X is more like a 5X so you have plenty of coverage

Tape doesn't securely fasten to depend. Needs to be looked at and remedied.
