Instant Pot Ceramic Non-Stick Interior Coated Inner Cooking Pot - 3 Quart, Black

I wanted this pot to cook porridge without so much sticking, after discovering that cooking it pot in pot wasn't as great a result as cooking it in the bottom of the pot (so much creamier that way!). So this was perfect, it's a great tool that I use regularly. Great to have it as a spare too.

Nonstick so used to cook a Thai green curry with prawns. Excellent as no fear of getting the coconut milk burnt in the pan as I like mine quite dry. Love that you can put the lid on it and stick it in fridge without having to decant into food container.

I find it very useful to have an extra pot insert

This pot is great for bolognaise, stews and curries with its non stick coating. Also it is easy to clean, a bonus when you don't have a dishwasher! I later bought the flexible lid which gives me another storage pot. Very pleased.

A welcome addition to my Instant Pot, it means I'm a 2 pot cook! Just like an extra saucepan and being non stick I find this better for sauces. Makes my life easier because it means I can carry on to my next recipe without stopping to empty and wash my existing pot.

I have used my new ceramic inner pot several times in my Instant Pot MAX. So far, this inner pot has been so easy to clean. I lightly brush with water and dish detergent, rinse, and wipe. It is much easier than the stainless steel inner pot that I had.

So glad I purchased this ceramic coated non-stick pot for my 3L. Having used the stainless steel one previously for several rice cooks I can only say Wow! what a difference. The rice would stick horribly to the stainless but non-stick makes all the difference at clean-up time. I think this should be included as the standard bowl in the Instant Pot. Item arrived on time. Non-stick makes cooking rice much easier, plus with an extra inner pot cooking with instant pot become more convenient.

This inner cooking pot works really well in my 6 quart Instant Pot. The only drawback to this pot is that it doesn't have a handle to lift it out of the Instant Pot. So when you try to take it out you have to tilt it to the side to get your hand under the upper lip of the inner pot. If you have hot liquids in the pot that can be a problem.

The ceramic pot is a non-stick alternative to the stainless steel. Food does not stick to the bottom as it does with stainless steel .... sticks less, but not totally non-stick. Nonetheless it is a nice, solid pot and I enjoy using it.
