Walmart service is good. But they’re always too many items that are out of stock or items you wish to substitute. That needs to be rectified!!!

Nice Pressure Cooker
I'm 49yo and this was my first pressure cooker ever. I chose this one over the smaller one because I like making bigger batches. It's nice and sturdy and stable for being large. I love the multiple cooking options and the ease of cleaning. Only thing I really have a problem with is that it didn't come with any basic recipes for newbies like me who have no idea where to start and ended up grossly overcooking the rice while the bone-in chicken was nowhere near done lol

Instantly NOTHING - Do Not Buy
I do not recommend. I have owned several iterations of Instant Pot. By far this one should be easy to use - should have explicit model instructions. This pot came with a vague safety and operation multi language booklet. The instructions cover many models so there is no line up to the specific model you need to familiarize yourself with - I'm not a daily Instant Pot user so I rely on instructions Non of the knobs buttons steam release instructions applied to the model I purchased. In the end - I went online for instructions - still blanket instructions covering many models. Even for a simple instruction for steam release no drawing or photo depiction aligned with my specific model. Returned - good riddance Instant Pot - you e completely disengaged this customer.

Internal steam release button broke with in hours and product customer service was useless.
