Intex 10' x 30" Above Ground Swimming Pool w/ 330 GPH Filter Pump & Pool Ladder

I will start by saying the pool was delivered faster than I expected. It was easy to put together. The pool has not even been up for a week yet and the only problem that I'm having is out of the pump. It worked for about 2 days and has not worked since I've replaced the filter two or three times and it's still not working. maybe it's something I'm doing I don't know

the ladder ships separate, ours arrived two days after the pool but still a day early so I can't complain. pool is nice when up easy and quick. filter could be just a little bit bigger for the size of the pool. other than that excellent buy especially with the prices can't beat it. Mama's happy kids are happy and roommates are happy.

Overall the pool would have gotten a 5 star rating because what's not to love about it honestly but it gets a 2 because the pump that comes with the pool isn't all that great. I hardly pump the water the way it should be pumping and the filter inside of it gets dirty so quickly that if you don't have lots of filter's on hand then you can forget it working properly. It says it pumps 300 gps but that is not true and it says to chance the filter every 2 weeks more like every week cause if you don't then you.can forget having a clean and working pool. But it definitely does everything else properly which keeps the children happy and cooled off and it's definitely sturdy and durable because my 3 children are rough and that pool holds its strength up better than any other pool I have seen.

Pool came with a hole in it

This seller sent me a returned or 2nd hand pool according to Intex Pools corporation! While trying to assemble the pool for 3 hours the feet for the vertical legs were too small. Called to get a replacement and filed a claim. Providing them with my sales receipt from the Walmart app. Read the email! Based on the information that we have received; your warranty claim number 930833 cannot be processed at this time. We are unable to process your claim for the following reason(s): 1. The product was purchased 2nd hand and the warranty is not transferable. 2. The product has been purchased under a lease or rent agreement… The warranty is not transferable. 3. Receipt shows product was refunded or returned Please review your Owner's Manual for details on your warranty (if any). At this time your claim has been denied. Contact Intex at 1-800-234-6839 for more information or further assistance. Thank you, Intex Recreation Corp. Consumer Service I did not buy or agree to a used pull or another persons headache! On top of this pool is on a national recall for USA and Canada. That's grounds for a lawsuit! Walmart should not allow their sellers to be handing off used merchandise and certainly one that has a safety issue and a national recall! I have simply asked for a full refund, which will recover some of the cost of the planning and other materials used to set this pool. I am out money for a pool liner as well as 12 bags of sand! I have now boxed this pool in all of its defects in the box and the seller has not contacted me and this is a serious issue! I would recommend not buying anything from the seller and any of you who have this pool or thinking about getting it don't and also file a complaint

Not worth it and they won't let me return it

Never received the pool. Only the ladder to it. Very disappointed!!
