Intex - 12' X 30" Prism Frame Premium Pool Set

Very decent pool for the price. Easy set up. The hardest part is leveling the ground where the pool will be placed I priced a steel-walled pool, same size and depth with installation and it was $5,700, and it wouldn't be installed until July. That's $4,700 more than the Intex.

This rating is for delivery only for right now. I am only giving a rating because I accidentally started the process when I was looking for information. But I just received my a few days ago so it is too early to get a rating overall . The delivery experience was great. He pulled up the man off loaded it. He was very nice and handled everything perfectly.

this size pool is the easiest for us to handle and big enough for all the kids to enjoy. the last 3 we have bought, Walmart had the best price when we were ready to purchase

We had a identical pool like this that we bought 6 years ago, and last year when we took it down, we realized it was worn out and served it's purpose. We were so glad that our local Walmart had a one just like it! The price was amazing too!!!

We bought this pool for this summer. While putting it up we noticed we were missing a cap for the bottom of the poles. The company sent me one for free of charge and received it with a couple of days. It's big enough for 5 to 6 people whether they are playing water volleyball or floating and watching them play. The instructions are easy to use. My husband and I and my adult son put it altogether. We did buy pavers to help level the pool. My yard had a small slant. The water guy said it was really leveled. I have owned Intex pools before. The Vinyl Liner use for soft side pool is durable. The poles and caps made well to hold the pool up. The white wrap to hold the poles in place are also durable. The ladder is nice only thing is the grooves on the steps hurt my feet. But that's okay. I have had no issues .

set up requires 4 people really, but is quick and easy. leave it in the sun for the day if you can, after you unroll it, makes set up much faster. make dure the ground is LEVEL. you cannot get away with even 6 inches off in height from one side to the other. came with a pin hole, fixed with flex seal.

brand new pool delivered and the liner was torn. and the delivery driver who delivered was rude and there was puncture holes all over the box

ZERO STARS! Company sent the wrong pool and refuses to correct it and the wrong pool was more than $300 cheaper than the one I purchased TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

The worst experience I ever had with this company ruined my baby sweet 16 birthday. I never received the pool that I spent $850 for was supposed to be delivered July 13. Try to contact the seller several times and on July 21 they told me that it was delivered on July 21 which was a lie took me a week and a half to get in contact with them for them to tell me to contact my bank because they wasn't giving me anything back I would never ever shop with them again. Walmart says they were black falling them from selling on Walmart. As of now, Walmart is claiming that they are going to refund my money in full and ban them off of the site for selling

It was a little pricey, but that was OK. It looked nice, but it came. It was torn and it came with part of it was coming unsold and it took me like three months to get a refund from Walmart. They kept giving me to run around and to run around and they still haven't gave me my money back they were supposed to pay me back for the shipping, but they have I haven't seen that money yet.
