arrived 4 days too late
incredibly disappointed there was a four-day delay, I bought the pool in advance so it could be set up before the weekend for my grandkids, and it didn't arrive until Saturday, and they have to leave on Sunday afternoon. I will be calling Bentonville!

Terrible customer service
Beware of the return policy! It's only 30 days!!! They are a third party seller. You can not return to a store. And they were not willing to do anything to replace it if it's damaged.

This pool has been a thorn in my side since I purchased it. I have had to move it multiple times because it has collapsed. It was hard to get leveled and my yard has a slope. I have wasted and lost so much water from 2 collapses. You don't realize it's not level until its full... I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
