Intex Rectangular-Frame Above Ground Baby Splash Swimming Pool

Kind of confusing to set up at first but was quick when I got it down. We have had it up for about 2 weeks now and my son and I have been in here it almost daily. It’s a great size and a fun way to cool off. About the company’s customer service though… I ordered this pool, a pump, and a cover all at the same time (from the same seller) and the pool never shipped - even though all 3 said they were shipped at the exact same time and from the exact same location. I got the pump and cover but the pool still showed that it hadn’t been picked up. Dealing with their customer service was difficult and I couldn’t get anyone to help me for over a week. Finally, they got me a new one sent out from another warehouse and it arrived a few days later.

Purchased this pool and I have no regrets, setup probably took me about 25-30 minutes tops, this pool is big enough for 4 small children and maybe 2 adults, it’s perfect for a couple just trying to cool down in the summer heat, it’s so cute. You won’t regret this purchase!

Got this mainly for my 2 year old son cause the inflatable pools we kept getting kept getting popped so we wanted something that would last and that he could grow with through out the years. Just got it delivered to us today and put it together very quickly by myself, instructions were clear and easy to understand! Does come with pump pieces but not the actual pump. Does come with plugs though for where the pump goes so I was happy with that. Only filled it up half way and it only took about 15 min. We are super excited to start swimming!

Very easy setup. Did it myself. Perfect for 2 adults. Only problem, it doesn't come with pump. Should be sold as complete kit. Have to wait 3 weeks for pump.

Nicely made pool. My pups and I love it. It's actually big enough for adults to sit in without the commitment of a much larger pool.

Good quality but we miss one of the parts and don't replace

was easy to put together was missing one pipe for filter but had one from last pool so used that.

Okay, so the concept of the pool is pretty neat, BUT what's with the drain hole being so high!? After (what felt like) over an hour of back-breakingly scooping as much water as I could out, I tried to dump the rest out and the top corner plastic bracket the pole fits into broke! To make matters worse, I can't find a replacement part, not even on the intex website! I've decided not to throw away any more money on intex products and will decide on a different brand for my family's summer needs!

i ordered this item, and never got the hoes and the pump. they said they were going to send it and never did.
