Irwin Naturals Power to Sleep PM - 60 Liquid Soft-Gels

I was using another brand with natural ingredients, but those were capsules and tended to absorb moisture quickly. This is very close as far as the formula and the shelf life is better and it costs slightly less. I take it and a 5 MG time release Melatonin and that works well for me.

Slept like a baby, no addiction type issues

I have been plagued with sleep issues for many years. I began taking this product a couple years ago about an half hour before bed. I can feel it relaxing me. If I take it earlier I find myself falling asleep while watching TV. I normally take only one capsule but on the off occasion that my mind is still busy after the first one I will take a second one. This is a wonderful product, I make sure I always have plenty on hand.

I tried this product for one week and it didn't help me to fall asleep at all !! I was still awake through the nights, 0ff and on! I am considering sending it back.
