I have been taken aloe vera for a very long time first it was the liquid then I changed to the Gels. and it's much better either way it very good.

aloe vera gel
Did not work at night. In the morning on an empty stomach it worked well . I could feel my entire digestive system was coated and protected. I have acid reflux at night that caused it not to work at night.

Beware
Beware 1st order was good, 2nd order dark in color and bad smell with an expire date of April 2028. Lacking Quality control, makes me question about other products from them.
