I've been taking Spring Valley Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg twice a day over 20 years. It was first recommended by my husband's diabetic doctor who said both of us should be taking it. It helps with neuropathy as well as other health issues. The Spring Valley is easy on the digestive system, neither one of us have had any problems with this brand.

I was recommended these for antioxidant and detox and i think they actually make q difference. ive noticed i heal better from infection and my skin improved but who knows. i do know they don't seem to have side effects so win.

Taken as a supplement not to replace eating a healthy diet. Is an antioxidant and when taken along with Taurine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine is helpful to the nervous system, brain functions like memory, and to help transport vital nutrients directly to the brain, bypassing the blood-brain barrier, which can enhance mitochondrial function and other physiological and biological processes within the body.

This product is very good to use. I have problems in my feet numbness. It helps it very well and I do recommend it for anyone that needs it for that.
