Bought for my senior aunt at her caregivers request. Needless to say, it arrived as pictured and described. Water pressure is great and convenient when washing her hair.

I do like the shower heads. The color is nice. It's easy to put together and use. I think the hose could be about 6 inches longer, because I utilize a shower chair and could use that extra length. The shower arm can't seem to hold the rain shower head upright. My husband just took it off, which was a nice option to have. Overall I still think it's a good product.

I love this shower head. I especially love the extra handheld detachable part because it makes it easier to use to clean the shower and bathe my dog. the only reason I give it four stars is because it was extremely difficult to tighten and some.lf the paint chipped off when we were tightening the top that attaches to the shower.

at first it was wonderful,,,then it shoots water out of the main stream,, there's no way I can stop the water cause this gadget to spew it anywhere. 😛💦🌊

the actual shower head is plastic and the piece that connects to your water line is plastic so you have to be really careful when tightening it because you can break it. I broke mine and I had to order a new shower head

We have been using the shower head for a little over a month. The shower head does not stay in place it constantly falls . When water is running, It leaks in two sections were it connects. We have to tighten it numerous times. It is to late to return it. I would not recommend purchasing.

the manual was not easy friendly and it was hard to put together...I had to buy gorilla glue waterproof spary to keep the shower head from leaking and it still was leaking

the arm does extend out like the picture advertise also I got this one particularly because it was offering a stainless trim. not chrome. the show head and spray arm a bother completely plastic and to tighten the shower head without damaging the chrome finish is impossible. shower continues to leak when turned off.

they sent me the wrong extension for the shower head. and there's no way I can get a hold of anyone to get a replacement part. So I'm just going to take it back to Walmart and get a refund. very very disappointed.
