this item is very handy, it fits just where you need it when you have less space to use. very convenient to just fold down and use, recommended to everyone.

This is great for my sewing room. Love that it is out of the way when not in use and folds down easily when needed. It is stable and the perfect size for projects.

Unless you need a long ironing board, this one is perfect. I like that the size makes it easy to mount and use right in my laundry room
