When researching toothpaste, I learned some not so savory details about the toothpaste I’d been buying for my kids for a long time (“Tom’s…”) and found this as a clean replacement. It’s pricey but, my little one loves it.
My 4 year old usually turns brushing teeth into a whole event every single night. I was shocked that she liked the strawberry flavor this much. She kept saying it tasted like a little treat and brushed longer than normal without me asking 20 times. Her teeth looked clean after and there was no mess everywhere either.
I bought this for my baby as soon as he got tooth and tried blueberry and now this watermelon he seems to not mind it he's one now and has more teeth has great clean ingredients. Def recommend for babies first tooth paste it's small and kinda pricey but has high does of xylitol which is very good for mouth ph , a small bottle goes long ways due to only using tiniest amount
We've been using the Jack N' Jill watermelon toothpaste for my toddler and it's honestly been a game changer. He actually likes brushing now instead of fighting me, which says a lot. He loves the flavor! The flavor is mild and fruity, not too strong, and I feel good knowing it's fluoride-free with simple ingredients. Only downside is we go through it pretty quick, but I'd still keep buying it just for how easy it makes brushing.
In my opinion, this is definitely worth the money. It might not be the biggest tube, but should last ten a while since he's a baby, and it is safe and effective for babies 6 months and up, and after reading all the reviews wanted to try it for him. My 12 month old seems to like it. I have used the infant tooth and gum cleaner on him., but wanted to try something better as he is just now getting his 10th tooth. I would definitely recommend purchasing this. So far , I am very happy with my purchase!
there are very few fluoride free, non abrasive, non-mint toothpastes for children or adults..i had costly dental work done and was advised to use a non-fluoridated non-abrasive toothpaste to brush. mint toothpastes hurt my mouth so i was glad to see Strawberry flavor as an alternative to mint, bubble gum and grape. the strawberry taste is mild and not sickening sweet. the toothpaste does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. this toothpaste is more expensive, but i like it better than the competitors i have found. I'm glad i can get it thru Walmart as i know I'm getting a good price.
My kids both liked the watermelon flavor right away and it definitely made brushing easier, especially at night when everyone is tired and cranky. My only complaint is the tube is alot smaller than I expected for the price. Feels like we're going through it pretty fast with two kids
One of my kids liked this toothpaste right away but my other daughter said the strawberry flavor tasted weird to her. They still used it but there wasn't much excitement about it after the first few days. I like the ingredients and everything, just wish the flavor worked better for both kids.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS TOOTHPASTE but good lord have mercy GIVE MORE PRODUCT. Genuinely was so excited to try this toothpaste bc it's clean. No arsenic, fluoride, artificial dyes/flavorings only to be disappointed by the size. I have 6 kids so it last us maybe a week??? Anyways, if you got the money to splurge and keep your health in ship shop shape then by all means buy this. Just not worth it for the price, we use guru nanda kids toothpaste waaaaay larger and cleaner.
My son is too little for him to share his own thoughts, so I tried it myself and I wasn't a big fan of the toothpaste itself as I didn't feel like it gave me a clean, fresh taste like normal mint toothpaste. Likely just personal preference. Packaging looks good, though the seal was a little tough to open (would be helpful to have a little tab that could be grabbed to remove the foil cover).
