Jarrow Formulas BoneUp, 1,000 mg, 180 Capsules

I have been taking this product for 8 years and it is much better on my digestive system than plain calcium. It was recommended by a local health food store and I always look for the best price. Found it here on iHerb! I can manage the 3 per day much better.

I needed to take a calcium supplement because I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia. I've had trouble in the past with calcium supplements upsetting my stomach so I was cautious optimistic that this one would be better. I was so glad that it didn't upset my stomach! I do try to take it with food and spread out the dose with meals. I also like that it has Vit D3 and K2 along with magnesium and boron. I also take a low dose K2 and D3 to get the appropriate amount each day. I just placed my second order and will continue to take this one until there are any reasons not to.

You start with elemental calcium in microcrystalline form and add Vitamins C and D, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese and Boron. Plus vitamin K2 MK7. All together making an outstanding bone supplement!

My naturopath recommended 3 Per Day Bone Up for my osteoporosis. We are hoping it will slow down the problem. Taking D/K2 along with it provides an extra boost.
