Jarrow Formulas BoneUp, 1,000 mg, 180 Capsules

I have used this product for about 3 years since diagnose of Osteopenia. After taking for about 1 year, bone density tests show my numbers have been in the normal range, so I continue to take it to prevent Osteoporosis .

Great combination of herbs. Has been very helpful keeping bones strong over last 20 plus yea rs, and east to take.

My bone density hasn't worsen!

This does not upset my stomach. Just one capsule in the afternoon prevents leg disturbances during the night, such as leg or foot cramps. The capsule is large, but not too long and has not stuck in my throat. I hope it doesn't get discontinued, because I've tried and given away a lot of kinds of bone formulas. I take 0 to 3 a day, depending on what my other supplements that day are like.

Best calcium supplement Ive ever used with Hydroxyapitite; so important for bone health. One in the morning & 2 at night. Just the right dose in 3 easy caps. A little spendy, but worth it. Don’t confuse this one with the label with black letters “UP”

My husband started taking the Jarrow Calcium supplement. I chose not take it because I drink so much almond milk… which has a lot of calcium in it. My doctor felt I didn't need a supplement. Well he was wrong I took a bone density test. The test results showed that I had severe bone loss. My husband also took the bone density test. His results came back normal! I highly recommend Jarrow Calcium.

It tastes like beef jerky.

Have been taking this for a long time just a precaution. I am of upper age and bones are thin. My bone scan last time did not show ostopenia (sp?) in my lower back which has for years, but did show in my hip. But I will continue to take. I only take 2 as I take one other calcium/mag

As far as quality they made a big difference with my bone strength, however they are rather large, (horse pill size :(
