I have been on the Hyaluronic acid for a few weeks now.I am already beginning to see signs of my skin becoming hydrated more.I am sure that my joints are becoming more lubricated as well.I have read that it takes 8 to 12 weeks to get the full benefits of taking Hyaluronic acid. It is good for eye health as well.I highly recommend this product!

I have used Jarrow Hylauronic Acid for years. It has helped me greatly with my joints and cartilidge in my knees. I recommend it to friends and family when ever I can when they ask me why I can walk faster then them and farther and they are younger. I am sure Swanson Hylaronic Acid is just as good, I am just use to the Jarrow product.

It looks like a capsule, feels like a capsule, and goes down like a capsule. Whether it works or not needs to be evaluated by a controlled scientific study, otherwise its efficacy is pure speculation. Nevertheless, I opted to give it a try despite my dermatologist advising me it won't work. I would not recommend this product until I determine whether it works for me. Furthermore, whether it works for me doesn't ensure it will work for you.
