Heard that we lose collagen as we age. Im almost 70 and though I might try this, to see if tt works, or see if it could help my skin. After about 3 weeks, I noticed my skin starting to improve. noticed that it was getting firmer and smoother. Helping with a few wrinkles. not gone, just fading a little. Not bad for just 3 weeks. I will continue to take this. I do recommend this. You should at least try this. It helps from within, and it sure couldn't hurt.

I'm not sure how to give a rating when it's only been a few weeks. These kinds of things can sometimes take a year to notice but I gave it a five star anyway because I have no adverse effect nor do I have any allergic reactions to it.

I notice a tremendous difference in my joint health taking this supplement. I am less stiff in my joints and my skin is smoother. Great product

The product does aid in healthier skin and nails. Difficulty in swallowing.

The hydrolyzed collagen is very chalky and is difficult to swallow. Usually I have to use a whole 16 oz glass of water to get it down.

Will not buy these again. I should have believed the reviews that said they were hard to swallow. I am very sorry I purchased it, but now I'm stuck with 2 bottles.

tablets are huge and when i move my bowels the tablet appears, unsure if I am absorbing supplement properly

Hydrolyzed collagen Tablets are the largest I've ever seen and it is required to take four of them twice a day which is nearly impossible if you are taking other medications as well
