works great for me
After watching tons of videos and doing so much research, I've seen how important it is to have kelp or seaweed in your body to help with any type of thyroid problems. But don't take my advice, talk to your doctor before you take these.

Small and easy to take
I like that they're green colored as I put multiples of my daily vitamins together in a container so they're easy to pick out from all the other small round vitamins. I read that women my age only need about 150 mcg of iodine daily so I've been taking these every other day. They're quite small and easy to take. Happy with my purchase.

Kelp
Hard to review. I bought to supplement as I hear you should get more iodine in your diet. Whether or not it's effective I am unsure, however I'm going to move forward under the assumption it's helping.

Upset stomach
I don't recommend it to anyone that has a sensitive stomach it upset my stomach really bad. I only took one pill. So I feel like I wasted my money on it.
