My latest labs showed low vitamin D. While I haven't had a new set of bloodwork done yet to gauge effectiveness, I am so far very pleased with these gummies. I despise swallowing large pills or capsules so ordered these to make them more enticing to take each day. I love that they taste good, but are not overly sweet or chewy. I have a hard time digesting them. Make sure you chew gummy until its fully desolved. You really don't want your stomach to go into overtime. I love the flavor. I don't know how much they improved my vitamin D levels because I haven't been retested, but they're delicious.
