Jarrow Formulas MagMind, Cognition and Brain Health, 90 Caps

I'm 79 years old and have been using this for only a month but I truly feel I'm doing better on my crossword puzzles I'm expecting it to get better the longer I use it. it was recommended by a friend whose doctor uses it.

This is my first purchase of MagMind and don't know yet how effective, but I am excited to find out.

Highly recommend by health professionals. No digestive complaints.

I generally buy Swanson's product, but this is cheaper right now. Honestly, after allowing many individuals to try this product I sware it does work as advertised. If you do not believe it, just try to take them throughout the day and see what happens. It meets and even exceeds advertised claims.

I have been using MagMind for two months and I notice that it improves my sleeping. I seem to fall into a deeper sleep and not wake up as easily in the middle of the night. I don't know how much it helps with mental clarity but it certainly improves the quality of my sleep which in turn helps mental clarity during the day.

Still in prelim stage about efficacy- only 30 days in.

I did not receive this item, even though it stated online it was delivered. Was not in my box, or at the neighbors. Not sure if it was delivered USPS or FedEx. FedEx has delivered several packages at my neighbors down the street but not this one.

I am unable to review this product because the wrong item was shipped to me. Now I have to go return it. First world problem, but come on, get your act together and send the right item.

I bought this because it was recommended as the mag form that crossed the blood-brain barrier best. However I have since learned that this claim is based on ONE study that was funded by the manufacturers of the product. My own experience with it is that it is NO different than other forms of mag I take yet is a LOT more expensive. I won't be purchasing it any more.
