Since PB is high in calories, I use this for a PBJ lunch sandwich, but I only use 1/2 of the two tablespoon portion to reduce the calories to 100 instead of 200. With my Thin sliced bread and sugar free jellies it fits in with my low-cal preferences.

As sugarless peanut butter goes, this one is the best. I can't even tell the difference much. Unfortunately, my brain knows it and. i crave the regular Jif: it has sentimental memories for me. We get this type of peanut butter because we have people in household with diabetes and normal peanut butter is made with sugar. This has no added sugar and allows for it to be eating by people with diabetes. We just use way less than a suggested sering size.

I actually use this peanut butter to make homemade dog treats using a recipe that also includes pumpkin puree, egg and wheat flour. The doggies love them. Then when we are going to be away for a few hours leaving them in their crates, we give them some peanut butter on a nylabone. They are supper excited then to have us leave.

Jif No Sugar Peanut Butter taste good, if you do not need the sugar taste. No sugar does not take away from the flavor. Most healthy peanut butters have minimum sugar. This brand you will not need an acquired taste to like it. If someone put Jif no sugar peanut butter on crackers, celery, etc. and did not tell you, it would not be obvious.
