excellent product easy to use and control my only issue is the tips i need an extra small 3mm or if they made them with different ends see photo not every one can put these style buds in theyre ears

Product number 10 to buy from jlab is a company that lately surprise me with their innovations, I just bought the new epic air sport anc and I'm surprised, you can customize your sounds,charging case size is excellent,comfortable in your ear and the price is phenomenal, congratulations

Let's start with the case... For a pair fairly large hooked earbuds the caes is pretty compact the built-in cable makes it easy for recharging but I haven't had to use it because it has wireless charging in the case. For the earbuds they are super comfortable I've worn them for hours with no ear fatigue. The battery life on the earbuds are much longer that what was reported in one sitting my phone informed me I have them connected nonstop for 9hrs 10mins and the buds still didn't tell me they were low on battery life but the app did say I had 15% left. The sound quality is amazing the bass is boomy low and very smooth while keeping the instruments and vocals super clean crisp and clear. If you were thinking about buying do it you won't regret the purchase!

I bought the original Epic Air Sports about 3 years ago and have been using them hard since. As a landscaper, I wear them through all manners of work, in all types of weather. In the last month or so, I've felt the notion to replace my current pair because I've beaten them up so much. When I discovered the Epic Air Sport ANC, I assumed they would probably be an upgrade over the originals in more ways than just having ANC, and I was right. Honestly, I don't care that much about ANC, but I do care about how JLab cleverly repurposed those microphones for the use of the Be Aware mode, and for better clarity during phone calls when ANC is not in use. I love that. Movie mode for movies and YouTube videos without lag is a homerun. Now my girlfriend doesn't have to listen to tool reviews and carpentry videos. I love the Wear Detect sensor - I regularly have to pull one earbud out to talk to someone and having it pause my music when I hang the earbud on my shirt collar is genius. If the sensor can't detect your skin or body within about an inch of the sensor, it pauses the playback. So when I hang the ear loop on my shirt collar, I make sure the sensor is pointed away from my body and it works great! Connectivity is crazy easy and the battery life floors anything else on the market. I have MANY headphones and earbuds, and these are my go to, especially when I'm on the GO. Worth noting, the size of the case is smaller in most every dimension than the previous model, with makes these much more pocketable! See photos.

It's good and all but the battery doesn't even last long even with ANC off I don't know if something is wrong with mine but it never charges all the way either not to it maximum but even when it's charged really high usually last for like 2 hours only

I don't know how this item was shipped, should have been small enough to fit in any mail box. USPS/Walmart sent me an email the it was delivered on the 10th of October, receipent checked daily in the 3 places we were told to check. After the 3rd business day I called to report that it was not found/received. Got an email from the company that stated; Dear Lisa, We have briefly reviewed the tracking history, and it confirms that the item was successfully delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Kindly double-check with any household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office in case the package was received or held there by mistake. Best Regards, Seyis's Outlet. Imaging knocking on every door in your apartment complex and asking them if they had received your package/item. I called again today 17th of October, was told I would not get a replacement, but a refund. The item was on sale when I purchased it, but no longer. I would recommend not doing "business" with a 3rd party of walmart, and if you do, request that it be shipped to your local Walmart or get a signed receipt. Or just do your online business ELSEWHERE!

I ordered this product one week ago. And had to return it because the left ear piece didn't work. So I returned it. And then ordered a second pair. Just got them yesterday, and guess what the new pair's left ear piece doesn't charge. Going to have to return the second pair I bought within a week. I guess my electronic purchases will be at best buy now.

They are rubbish. One of the Buds just wont turn on.

The right earbud would never charge from the day I received them. While I understand problems happen it took me over 30 minutes on the phone and replacement wasn't really an option only refund, which they will not grant until they receive the broken product back. Crummy product and crummy customer support.
