The iron was well intended or well rather well needed should I say love it it works excellently and so we're well satisfied with it for the price. It was well worth it. Thank you.

This worked really well to get in crevices on my stairs and looks great. The only thing I don't like is that you need to add water often but it is probably just because of the size which is convenient to pick up and move with the handle. You may need an extension cord like I do but overall I like it and it's small enough to store easy and it gets the job done.

I thought to myself how could this little machine be any good. Well I tried it and I am saying I love it! The water heats up in about 6 seconds wow. I was surprised how long the water lasted not having to keep refilling. The steam is powerfull and I was able to do my ceiling withe the extended wand. Happy about my purchase of this little mean green machine.

Great steamer to have. It helps gets tough spots clean on top of stove, in oven and around my bath tub!! Well worth the purchase.

It performs well and it's able to clean the hood and kitchen sink. The power cable is kind of loose, I don't understand why.

The power cord did not for well with the unit connection , it kept falling out , so it lost power frequently . When it did stay connected the unit worked well. Unfortunately I will be returning due to defect with connection to power cord .

this is not a steamer machine, it is a warm water sprayer, there is not steam at all. If you put your palm close to the nozzle the hot water bursts right out of the nozzle but if you place your palm just about 5 inches away from the nozzle, you will feel that the water is just warm. You are just spraying pressurized warm water Why? the water condensates inmediatelly , there is not evaporation or steam whatsoever. Plus, the water tank cracks and breaks easily. Customer Service or vendor do not reply to your messages at all. GET THE ALLSTATE WARRANTY you will be using the warranty in less than 2 months.

I wanted to love this product but there is no on or off switch. When you plug it in, once it is heated the steam just shoots out with force and you cannot shut it off unless you unplug/turn off the product which leaves the nozzle spraying the steam until it's cooled down to stop. It made more of a mess than it helped. If they add an on and off switch and maybe pressure setting I would try again.

do NOT waste your money on this item. it is completely worthless. It doesn't heat up very hot at all, even when you let it run for 3 to 5 minutes. It gets a little hot, but i get hotter steam from my shower. this just makes everything wet with warm steam, and it doesn't get hot enough to be a good dry steam. it doesn't get hot enough to actually disinfect. Its a worthless product.
