Great product, it's helped me with strength training and running. I'm trying to slim down and I can tell a difference. I used to rotate 3 shirts but now I can wear more of the shorts I own now. I would recommend this to anyone. Seeing plenty of gains.

The creatine itself is great. It mixes better than other creatine I've tried. I've been taking 10mg/day and I can definitely feel a difference in my workout and my mental clarity throughout the day. The single serving packs are great for traveling. You can pack only what you need and mix it easily in a water bottle. I have the 90 serving container at home and will take these with me on the go.

I add the creatine in with the Jocko Pre-workout, and it's been a great addition. I've seen improved strength output and better recovery between sets, especially on heavier training days. It complements the clean energy perfectly and makes my early workouts feel efficient and dialed in.

I have been taking creatine for years. with every other product I have tried it is like having sand in your water. With Jaco's creatine it is a super powder blends into anything including water so easy to mix with other products. I bought it in the sachets because I travel a lot and it is very convenient.

My husband and I are quite impressed with the caffeinated “Coffee and Donuts” protein... It tastes DELICIOUS, it gives good, clean energy and it settles nicely (most proteins upset my stomach!) And the energy drinks are equally amazing - finally got my husband off of Red Bull:)

Product is definitely making a difference, but I hate the way the opening is set up that when you tear it open it has an extremely tiny hole to try and pour it out through and it simply doesn't and I end up having to sit there and tap at it for a minute and inevitably end up spilling some of it in my counter. Have shifted to cutting open with scissors, but kind of defeats the purpose.
