This cake plate is absolutely wonderful. It is better than I anticipated. It fits my angel food cake and keeps it fresh. I haven't used the dip portion of the plate, but I definitely will in the future. This is made of plastic, but it looks like glass. Highly recommend.

Versatile cake stand. I like that it is lightweight and strong since it is plastic. Works as a covered relish/snack try and punch bowl as well as a cake stand.

I bought this for storing cakes (I like cakes) but I find it useful for storing cupcakes, pies and cookies also. I am very pleased with the quality of the item, and it's usefulness. I did have to find a place to store it since it is large enough to be a punchbowl, as well as comfortabley hold a dozen cupcakes, a bundt cake (I haven't ventured into layer cakes, yet), or a pie. I also enjoy seeing my desserts. All told, I am very happy with this item.

It was easy to assemble. Sturdy.

I bought this stand for a gift to my daughter. She used it right away and raved about how much she liked it. She really liked the versatility and durability. Highly recommended!

It is INCREDIBLY light--we've all lifted the lid, expecting it to weigh as much as one made if glass--because it LOOKS like its made of glass.
