JOIVI Grill Gazebo 8FT x 4.6FT Outdoor Gazebo Patio Gazebo Canopy Grill BBQ, Gray

I bought this to put over half of my hot tub. works pretty great. Instructions says it requires two people to assemble but I'm pretty creative and did it by myself and I am a small female. It arrived in good shape and had all of the parts. I suggest having a drill with the necessary bit for assembly as it made it way easier. I also assembled it over the hot tub since I wasn't going to be able to move it myself. I would not rely on the included anchors to keep it in place if it's windy... I tied mine to concrete blocks and it's doing good. The fabric is water proof so far but does hold water puddles on the roof ... I'm working on fixing this issue as it's just the way the supports are designed by the manufacturer... 3 metal rods going across. For the price I paid, I say it was a good deal. It's a two person job to assemble this, and aside from a few shoddy/bent parts that I managed to fix it wasn't too horrible, and it looks great in my backyard and protects my grill from the elements.

What I expected when I purchased it. Instructions are vague, need to mention which way the holes need to face ….

I like the gazebo but the pamphlet for assembling it, quite frankly, SUCKS. It's confusing and could be better written and illustrated.

I received this gazebo with screws missing. I reached out twice and they never got back to me nor sent the screws. Only gave it a 3 because it is described properly. But now overall hate the experience I had with this seller.

It bent and is fully destroyed. It had only been assembled about 24 hours when a small rain came through. It's trash now. I'm not going to spend hours disassembling it to try to return it. the metal bent like plastic.

I purchased this gazebo because i liked the fact it looked different than most others. It was a Father's day gift for my husband. However, i have learned that the roof design is very poor. Whenever it rains, the sections of roof fill up with water and create giant water balloons sitting on the top. There is no way to drain them without getting absolutely soaked with water. It has also already started to rust. Very unhappy with this purchase.

It would of worked out great . 1 st one came short of parts enabling me to assemble. I never received a call back after multiple attempts. I HAVE ALSO SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS. IT'S A VOICEMAIL IN CALIFORNIA.... 2nd one never came, so i will never get a chance to use it. I will never purchase from this company again. Thanks !!

This product is horrible the top holes all the water and attract lots of mosquitoes would like to return this item ASAP

Very disappointed in customer service. I ordered the wrong size and didn’t realize until I received it. I took it back to my local Walmart to return and my return was denied. I retired from Walmart as a Manager and to not be taken care of was very difficult to deal with. The item was never opened, still in perfect condition. I will make sure I never order from this vendor again nor will my friends or family.
