The chair arrived as an anniversary gift for my just days after ordering. After looking a t the directions and laying all of the pieces out, the assembly time was an hour. The only negatives the lack of details for each step or an online assembly video. The chair is very comfortable and I found the heating and massage an awesome experience.

very uncomfortably. there is a bar right in your back bc its material is thin and nothing is covering the area where the bar is. the lift is very slow to go down.

I purchased this recliner in October 2025 for my daughter who had a C-section so she could get up without putting her stitches. It's January and the chair no longer works. I did get warranty so they can come fix or pick it up

The item I received was not the item pictured on the website. Although it is similar it did not have the cup holders as pictured. Not sure I would have bought the item without the cup holders. Assembly was ok but certain portions were not very specific.

Bought this for my husband who just had major back surgery. The chair didn't come with cup holders like pictured. One of the screws for the arms wouldnt screw in all the way. Maybe its just me but the color didn't match the picture. It was pretty easy to assemble. The heat and massage are an added bonus. Id say it was a good purchase for the price i got. Hopefully it lasts but I got the warranty just in case.

While the assembly of the chair was relatively easy, the comfort of the chair made it useless without the use of an orthopedic cushion and large back pillow for the seat lacked padding and the the back reclined way too much at rest. I shall be contacting Walmart for a full refund.

This package was left outside. We brought it in that day. The box was open with extra cardboard stuff on top. No instructions no cords and no arms for the chair. The stuffing on it is very thin. And I am just so disappointed that we didn't even receive the whole thing. Will be sending this back if possible it is horrible. do not think anyone should try purchasing one.

FedEx stated: RTO, undeliverable, cancelled delivery. Somehow severely broken, torn, damaged pieces broke thru. Helpers had to lift on blanket,then pull it inside. Box not opened by me- arrived essentially already opened. Vendor used very thin, cheap packing. It is as thin as a business card. Explains why it arrived with large holes broken through from the inside. All sides were torn and barely held together by clear tape. I suspect pieces likely are missing from the deplorable condition it was left open, seams of flimsy cardboard is held together by clear tape. Recliner was customer assembly. I'm elderly, electric wheelchair. I don't know how whoever will be able to transport to their truck, let alone return to sender. Please advise how you will handle this. Common sense dictates that someone should just clip.Open the tape and piece by piece take to the dumpster.

The armrest did not come in package Walmart says they will come and get it but you have to put it back in a box I’m disabled how am I supposed to lift this heavy recliner I read other reviews where they said their box was missing the arm rest as well I should’ve taken heave

It is extremely CHEAPLY made. It wiggles, bar straight against back, stitching is crooked. It is just BAD. Nothing like the picture.
