Only reason I marked a lower score on meets expectations was due to using this for a science fair project where I needed a lower PH reading than this would give me; my fault, not the products. Online in store pickup through walmart.com was great. Who needs Amazon!
I think testing Ph is very under-rated in aquarium keeping. I test mine frequently as I live in an area with very soft water & unless I'm careful the Ph will drop too suddenly & wreck havoc in the tank. I find these to be pretty accurate & I still use them even though I've got a liquid test kit that I use also. The numbers are very close. I would buy these again.
And these are pretty good strip to test aquarium water
Easy enough to use but buying more they get cheaper. If you test you water a lot I'd go for one of the packages that contains a lot more strips. I just wanted to test our purified water here at home and these worked well to see how acidic it is.
I think there should be more test strips for the price you pay
Your better off buying a master kit online at walmart.com to help save cost later down the road if you're going to keep testing for PH. This is just quick testing that is not very accurate. Reading will be off.
Tried to use the test strips for a science project and they didn't work. Very disappointed.
for purposes of the review had to give a star . The strips I received were useless after testing the ph about 3 times and ph not being balance I looked at the expiration date and they were expired.
