These cat nail clippers are the best. I tried another brand and they were more suited to a small dog. They made noise. They were hard to use. They pinched my hand and almost scared the cat. It is almost impossible, by the way, to cut a cat's nail by yourself. I always get someone else to scruff the cat and hold him or her for me. I have used these JW nail clippers all my life and I am 76. I just sent for a new pair but I have used the pair I have for25 years at least with no problems.
With lots of cats, scratching posts are great, but we have a few climbers and jumpers causing pain for use. These clippers are perfectly sized and perfectly sharp for getting that point of the nail that causes so much damage. Every cat mom %26 and dad should have a few pairs of these around the house. A quick snip every month or so ends the aggravation. P.S. If you start clipping when they're kittens, it'll be much easier when they grow up. 😸😸
Excellent for clipping kitten's nails.
Great clippers. Love the small size. 5 stars. Thank you.
These clippers cut so good. I used them for about 6 months before I had to replace them. I cut the claws about every 2 or 3 weeks. I hope that Walmart doesn't stop selling these because I really like them. My cat seems to like them also because they don't hurt when I cut her claws. I will continue to buy them because these clippers are the best that I have ever bought.
This type of clippers was recommended by Chewy and was less expensive purchasing through Walmart.
my kitty wont let me use it
No good. Breaks the cats nails.
