idk why it asked about batteries there isnt anything with batteries in thia scratcher, but my cat loves the carpet material and the only issue is the clean up after shes destroyed it. gotta buy another soon! still lasted her several months!

The one pompon keeps coming untied One my cat bit and broke but it was my cats fault, I had a problem putting it together after the 2nd time 1st time was no problem. 2 cats and 1 3 kitten (bought it for the kitten,but all 3 uses it) one is a big cat and he hasn’t shreds it yet like all the others

it was broken when I got it it's my secound one first one the kittens wore the scratch post off the love this one also

I think it’s a great idea and option for not only my cat but for others as well. With that being said, in my own personal experience, my cat immediately LOVED IT and started swatting and playing with the feathers but the SECOND she tried scratching the post the entire thing fell over and scared the life out of her to the point she wont even go near it now! The material and overall quality is there but it lacks in the stability department. If the base was slightly larger in size and weight that would help tremendously!

Would be better for kittens, larger cats use it ok but they can’t stretch as far. Did have to put a weight on bottom

when I receive this order I noticed it was missing a tip for the feather to be attached and it was not inside the boxes from delivery I checked Flaps inside the box and nothing which means I cannot screw on the other stick with feather , only one feather was able to be screwed on = my cat can only play with the one swatting feather .

The reason I do not recommend this without a side note is due to it falling on my cats head when he grabed the toy. I now have it tied to a towel rack so that it cant fall over and its now safe to use and they do love it . I still gave it a 3 becuase now safe the cats are using it and love it . the placementt of the toys will cause it to fall over easily if cats play with the toys , so the placement of toys needs to be reavluated or somehow keep it from tipping so easily .

My cat liked it, but it wouldn't stay up. It kept falling over and something else needed to happen. I'm not sure what but I just gave it to three because of the fact that it won't stay standing up.

No cat can actually use this scratching post. It falls over the second they go to use it. It looks good but is cheap in every form. This product is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for"! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

The cat loved it, maybe too much, the post was wrecked in a day but we couldnt throw it out because the cat loved it so we waited the week and then it had to go. Also we had to weigh down the post because she kept knocking it over trying to use it. Great idea poorly done.
