Good Stuff
My husband has used many different herbals for aid with blood sugar levels. Found this one to be the most comprehensive combination of herbs and most helpful.

Sugar Buster
I really like the fact that this is in a tablet form. If you suck on it for just a few seconds before eating sugar, the sugar doesn't taste sweet (the gymnema does this) so it can help limit the sugar you want to eat.

Honestly works
This supplement has work for me . I take two per day or anytime my blood sugar is elevated. Within hours my blood sugar is back to normal.

Recommended by health food stores.
My doctor recommended I try Cinnamon and Chromium supplements to try to prevent developing Type II Diabetes, since I am developing insulin resistance. I tried just a Cinnamon/Chromium combo but didn't see any changes. While visiting a health food store, they recommended this Blood Sugar Defense supplement because it has other herbs and supplements in the mix that will help control blood sugars and help with insulin resistance. I haven't had my lab test yet to see how much it's truly helping but I do feel it is helping with the blood sugar swings and controlling my appetite too. I haven't lost any weight yet but that may take some time.

Only product with heartwood, so I tried it...
This was the only product that I could find at Swanson with heartwood, so I gave it a try. It was okay...I wish that I could get heartwood extract by itself. The bottle emptied too fast it seemed.
