My 16 yo, is more happy, active & cheerful, thanks to this product..& he vouched it himself.. I stopped after the first bottle & gave it a gap..& he insisted on me getting the multivits .. thanks so much! Their diet aren't always balanced meals..hence, such added multivits, fill the gaps.

The quality of this product is great! Has so many essential nutrients teens don't get enough of in the foods they eat. My teen (17) has a thyroid issue takes these daily and they have helped energy levels come up a lot. Taste and size are manageable.

I bought this supplement because of its ingredients and quality of the brand, which I know and like. The tablets are somewhat big in size, but you only take one per serving. No bad taste and my student children reported improvement in mood and concentration.

Happy with the ingredients in this, has K2 which is one of things we were looking for as well as being a complete multivitamin. Tablets are large and aftertaste is still kinda gross and vitaminy but it is what it is. Smaller tablet size would be better.

The composition and quality is really good. The size is a bit big which is a little difficult for my 12 years old son to swallow, so we divide into to parts.

Minus a star because they smell and taste unpleasant (to say the least) and the tabs are huge in size, which can be an issue to swallow. Kids tolerate them well.
