Good product, and relatively easy to swallow. I have been using it for about a month now, but have been using other Magnesuim before. It is good to know that this product has a triple Magnesium source, which is a thing to look for when buying magnesium supplements.

I was looking for multiple forms of this mineral for my bones and muscles and for a better sleep. This is it! There's no taste and the potency of the ingredients is 500mg. I've never found one with this high dosage in one tablet! This is great. I take this with vitamin D3/K2 to keep calcium out of my arteries and in my bones where it belongs.

I have only been taking this product for a fortnight but am finding that my sleep has been slightly better as has my joint pain. I chose this product because it contains all 3 types of magnesium which should enable better absorption. Tablets are fairly large but oval-shaped so not too difficult to swallow.

pills are huge can not swallow them these things are so big they get caught in your throat and makes it hurt to take them they get caught in your throat and sticks to your throat make them smaller or round so people can take these
