Strong flavor and a good size container

I was expecting more of a punch of ginger than a salty diluted one. I was excited to try this product since it offered so much for a reasonable price, but I guess the saying “you get what you pretty good “ fits. I'll stick to the real fresh ginger.

I used this product one time and placed it back into the fridge when finished. When I went to use it a couple of days ago, I opened it and now the product is full of white fuzzy mold, making it completely unusable. The expiration date states this should be good until 12/2028 and I have had no other issues with moldy food items in my fridge. Very disappointing because I wanted to love this and order again.
