Just right
I used this for a recipe that I found and wanted to try. I don't keep ginger paste in hand so I had to order one, this one is good because it's not too gingery! It was perfect and added just a little bit of ginger taste to the sauce I made with it. I recommend!

Barely Ginger
This could be user error. Maybe I am not understanding what this product is. But it barely tastes of ginger. It's just really mild. I had to put double or triple the amount to achieve the flavor I am accustomed to. So, just be advised. 🤷🏼♀️
