This comes in handy when I make dishes that call for ginger and garlic paste. And the 11oz jar is a good buy compared to buying the pastes separately in smaller containers. It brings a lot of flavor when we make chicken korma and chicken curry dishes. I definitely recommend.

Added great flavor to the paneer makhani i made. And it's pretty safe to say that the jar is not gonna break during shipping; pretty sure it was the best packaged thing I've ever received. I don't think it was spicy, but I added a small amount to a sauce, so hard to say what larger amounts would do.

It came as expected. Shan always has the best taste from others and Walmart delivered it on time. If it could be in plastic bottle it would be more nice

Very fresh and can be used right out of the jar. Didn't spoil or get moldy even after I accidentally left it out for a weekend. I used it almost daily, not just for Indian food, but also to season wings with a little salt and chili powder.

I got the Shan Ginger-Garlic Paste 10.93 oz thinking that it would be a perfect ingredient for a recipe that I cook often that calls for Garlic and Ginger. However, when I used it, it doesn't give off the flavor or smell of either ingredient. It doesn't taste bad so I will continue to use it - overall a great idea but not a very good execution. - sorry - lets try again!

The Ginger Garlic Paste is pretty good and makes cooking a lot easier. The flavor is decent and it definitely saves time compared to making fresh paste at home. I do feel the taste isn't exactly the same as freshly ground ginger and garlic, it's a little milder, but still works well in most dishes. The convenience makes it worth keeping in the kitchen, though I use it more for quick meals than special recipes

I ordered the Shah Ginger Garlic Paste from Walmart, but when the package arrived, the glass jar was completely shattered. It was very disappointing to see the product damaged like this. The packaging was not secure enough for a fragile item, and this caused a mess and a poor experience overall. I hope Walmart takes better care in packaging glass products in the future.
