I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the bread maker. I previously bought one on Amazon but returned it because it was larger than I thought and I couldn't remove the inside bucket which you can for this machine. Comes with instruction manual which makes it fairly easy to understand

I am so happy with my bread maker! It is so easy to use! Put all your ingredients in, set it, and in just 2-3 hours you have delicious, fresh, hot, homemade bread without preservatives! Cleaning is a breeze as you only have one piece to clean. I don't recommend for gluten free bread, but that could have been my error as I had to keep adding water to get it to mix and it was so hard. I love mine!!!!

Nice bread maker. This is my 1st bread maker and the first time i have ever made any type of home-made bread. I love the color, and it does not take up too much room. The 1.5lb size loaf is perfect for our house of 2. I am experimenting with different recipes, and they have all turned out well. I do recommend using a mat to keep it from moving around on the counter during the mixing process. It really isn't much of an issue unless the dough is too dry. Overall, this is a great machine and has been easy to use

I love this bread maker. with all it's differnet features, I've been making all different kinds of breads and items. The size is nice and small. The reason I went with KBS is the two heating elements. And each batch has risen way to the top each time, thoroughly baked.

Bread has become so expensive that I like to have a machine to make plain white or whole wheat bread for most of the time. This machine does the job well especially if you are a small family since the 1.5 lb loaf is pretty small. (We like this.) Our prior machine walked off the counter and self destructed. This one walks too but I have learned to put a heavy object in front of it. Kt is a lightweight machine.

I made the whole wheat recipe from the instruction manual within hours of receiving this machine. It made a nice small, fluffy loaf of bread. You can't use bread recipes in this machine with more than about 2 cups of flour, which other recipe books classify as a one pound loaf, not a 1 1/2 pound loaf as KBS claims. If you want small quickly consumed loaves of bread, buy it. If you want family sized loaves , buy a larger machine. It says you can set it up on a delay to have fresh warm bread when you get up in the morning. This machine is loud! I would not want it running while I'm trying to sleep. I was disappointed that the recipe for sourdough uses a small amount of yeast rather than sourdough starter. I will need to experiment to determine the correct amount of sourdough starter to use to get the results I want from that cycle. It also has separate dough, ferment, and bake cycles that can be used for sourdough or fussy recipes. The stir fry cycle is something I've never seen in a bread machine before. It can be used for toasting nuts and such. I plan to use it to try spiced crispy chickpeas. Overall I like this machine and expect to use it often for small loaves of sourdough bread (recommended by my medic) when I figure out how to use that cycle because the relatives in my home don't care for it, but I love it.

I like to be able to make my own bread without preservatives or additives, but the difficulty of actually making the bread, slicing it and having a plastic bag to put it in is very difficult.

I am a experienced baker using this item. This item is not consistent even after following direction and recipes I've had one loaf that was partially acceptable enough to eat and two loaves that barely rose and then cooked also, when the loaf are done, there's a giant hole in the bottom of the loaf, which is already barely half of a loaf because of the needing hook. Does not do a proper bread rise if you follow the direction you get a loaf that is edible but only cuts to about 3 to 4 slices that's including a hole underneath from the knee and cook

Didn't come with the information you need to be able to operate it. Especially the specifications needed for recipes. I didn't receive all the items either. It was listed as having a nut dispenser, however, there wasn't one. Incorrect description and no instructions or accessories. Wouldn't recommend.
