What can I say, Kelloggs Corn Flakes have been around for a long time and I dont get tired of them. You can add fruit and nuts but you cant beat the flavor. It has malt in it which is good for your stomach so thats another plus for me. I love the malt flavor.
Growing up my grandmother always had cornflakes at her house. I grew up eating it and not the sugar loaded cereals my friends ate. I don't eat cereal like I used to, but once in awhile I want a bowl of Kellogg's cornflakes! They are always consistent in taste and texture. Walmart always has good prices and fast delivery. Definitely recommend both!
My favorite childhood cereal as we always ate this brand with sliced bananas and milk. Now I not only enjoy eating corn flakes as cereal but we make sweet treats using corn flakes and marshmallows as well as use crushed corn flakes to coat poultry, fish, and other meats for oven frying without any oil. So now you have it; Some other brands are actually hard rather than light and crunchy so I'll stick with my childhood cereal since now my daughter
Partial to K's flakes. Mostly buy generic items but some times the brand name is made better, as w K's flakes. Yummy. Makes me smile. Nice cold milk in bowl, add flakes a little bit at a time so they don't get soggy and it's a good morning. Oatmeal 6 days, K's flakes on Sunday.
This item shipped with my box of Rice Krispies and the box was crushed on a corner and I had to put the box together so it didn't appear to have been tampered with. I was disappointed that my items arrived in this condition mostly because I had purchased them to be given to our food pantry. People in need should feel respected and cared for by receiving product that is in good condition and not something that appears to be tampered with. I do not have time or resources to reorder so I feel I have no other choice than to give what I received.
I purchased as I have for over 55yrs. I have noticed far less crunch, gets soggy immediately, and flavor change. Spoke with many others about this, and a couple have stated that they have stopped purchasing due to this exact quality change. Why change a perfect thing? I gave it a couple more purchases, but this seems to be the new standard recipe. I am so disappointed!
The Kellogg's Corn Flakes were not delivered?
I had been eating the corn flakes product for 40 years. The past 3 years this product has been overwhelmingly awful. Inconsistent texture, flake shapes, coloring, burnt, hard as rock, chemical smells on cereal and the plastic inner bags, etc. I stopped eating these altogether now but my daughter has a medical condition that limits her food type. I buy upwards of 30 boxes every week and 80-90% gets thrown in the garbage for the above reasons.
Soggy and almost a bubbly, air texture….what on earth changed?? Apart from being made in the USA…… and bioengineered ingredients???? You just lost a life long customer, I will not willingly put bioengineered products into my household, especially when the UK version doesn't use them.
OK. What did you do. I have IBS you say cornflakes are safe. Suddenly not. I didn't eat them for a month. Opened my container they stink. No other word for it. No they're not bad. In an airtight container. And they stick to my teeth. What DID you do? Why mess with perfection. Change the recipe back. Please.
