Nothing's better than the real gourmet version of mixed cheddar and caramel popcorn but this gives next best thing vibes and saves on calories! Highly recommend.
Not what I hoped for. The taste is good, but it doesn't stick to the popcorn unless you add melted butter. I wanted low calorie which negates using butter.
Haven't tried yet, but wanted to add variety to my movie theater butter microwave popcorn. I figured you couldn't go wrong with cheddar caramel flavor.
Very disappointed in the taste. The cheesy part is okay, but the caramel is too subtle. You get the occasional taste of the caramel with a whole lot of cheese. I tested to see if misting the popcorn with vegetable oil and then sprinkling this seasoning on it would change it, nope. Still too cheesy. If you want cheesy popcorn with a hint of caramel, then this is for you. I wanted a bit more even distribution in the flavors. Will not buy again.
I bought this flavor on a regular basic. I would make carmel and add this flavor and it would be so good. Now I buy 3 of this kind and go to use it and it is all cheese. After reading the other Reviews I will agree it does not stick to the popcorn. I can lesson my calorie intake making carmel to bring out the carmel. When I get to the bottom all the carmel is their and I use my popcorn to sop it up. So so good. Now all cheese. I am out of my flavor now and enjoying popcorn with a small amount of just salt. Too much butter I cannot deal with so salt for now.. Hope you get it right. Maybe make a flavor just Carmel..Yum. 3 Stars for all the cheese and the Carmel not sticking to have to add my own Carmel.
I am not sure what's causing this strange taste but I bought this flavor 2-3 times and realized whatever I am tasting is part of the ingredients and it's disgusting! Oh and very disappointing! I love their white cheddar and their nacho but this one is for the birds!
I rarely write reviews but I just want to save someone time and money by buying this. It taste awful and I've tried this one and the kettle corn, I've realized they're both terrible and the taste is faint as well. Not worth it at all.
I couldn't taste any caramel, shook some more on only to find 1/2 of it on the bottom. It doesn't stick either. Can't understand the too sweet reviews. My hometown theater has better than this. Wish I could get that instead.
This has a weird, artificial caramel smell - but that's the only thing caramel about it (or cheese for that matter). It literally has NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER. I shook a holy ton of it on a bowl of popcorn and tasted absolutely NOTHING but plain popcorn. Confused, I unscrewed the top and tasted a bit on my finger...same result, no flavor! A waste of time and money. This is the first Kernel Season't product I've ever purchased, and it is definitely also the last.
why did they make this flavor? it's bad. I mean like toothpaste and orange juice bad.
