Keurig K-Mini K15 Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, Jade

I received this as an exchange since I'd returned the other one twice. It's smaller, but what a champ! No leaks and always produces a great cup of coffee every time! Can't go wrong with this machine.

My little green machine stopped working. In the middle of this pandemic it was more than heartbreaking. I reached out to customer service and they found one for me!!. Customer service was excellent, finding a replacement for me, was going above and beyond. The new machine performs above board as always. Keurig is an excellent company and is providing a product that serves and gives joy to all. Thank you so much for everything! I will continue to purchase this product always.

I CALLED KEURIG AND WE TRIED TO TROUBLESHOOT..WE HAVE BEFORE SUCCESFULLY (MINOR ISSUE) THIS TIME WE COULD NOT..KEURIG REPLACED IT WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL AND E MAILED ME A SHIPPING LABEL SO I COULD RETURN THE OLD ONE AT NO COST TO ME. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT MY KEURIG MACHINE OR MY GREEN MOUNTAIN BREAKFAST BLEND COFFEE..

We appreciate the high quality & value of this Keurig and their customer service dept is outstanding with helping in any questions. Extremely professional. I would highly recommend this coffee maker. The color is pretty bright and a pleasant burst of color in our kitchen.

I purchased my Keurig and had to call your help-who did a wonderful job in helping me. Unfortunately, within one month it went belly-up again. I had tried the first person's suggestions, to no avail. The second helper, just sent me a new one and I am beginning my days happily with a good cup of coffee.

I have had a Keurig for over eight years and use it every morning and night. The directions say that there is a water level guide, but unlike my old unit this unit did not have the tabs in the reservoir. Keurig should update the Tips and Maintenance section of the Use and Care Guide.

This is a great coffee machine, for an individual in a rush in the morning. Makes a fresh cup of coffee in 2-3 minutes max. I would recommended it to any one or couple. They have great customer service as well if you have any issues with the machine, which you should not. Happy brewing.

Having problems with my current Keurig K15 coffee maker, I contacted the Keurig customer service department. The service representative offered a number of recommended solutions and we were in contact for over 25 minutes, working through these options. The service rep was well informed and very patient in trying to help me with the problem. When all my friends were buying their Keurig coffee makers, I had the opinion that it was not a necessary appliance in my kitchen. When I finally bought one - with coupons and cash back offers - I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. So I can say, thank you, Keurig company, for your help and for replacing my coffee maker.

I love this Keurig K15 its finally a nice compact heavy duty coffee maker that doesn't take up a lot of room on my counter and makes several different size cups of coffee. I was amazed at how heavy it was for such a small machine well made I love the color and the coffee is always just right. I did not follow the instructions the 1st time to make coffee so I did have an over flow my mistake but the bottom caught the extra water no mess on my counter. The price is great I bought it for my camper but I'm going to keep this in my house and get another for out there. It brews perfectly everytime. The hot chocolate is good too. Oh and the best part it takes my out the door tall cup for brewing to for work. Love it!

This is same model as my previous that began having problems with no flow even after repeated cleaning of 3 points. I use filtered Zero water and have since the beginning. I got so frustrated I looked around and gratefully found this older model on your website. The size and ease for just one person is what I like. I hope it lasts as long as the other one.
