Just make sure they have it! If the store is near, pick it up in the store. Walmart's delivery service is a D operation overall! You may only get half of your order or none at all. Yes, I got the coffee maker after paying extra to have express delivery. But they did not send the coffee pods. It was delayed. Which means that even though it said it was shipped, it was not. 1 out of every 3 deliveries require a refund or replacement in which if you select replacement, there is a 80% chance you waste your time (days to a week) only to have a refund opportunity which puts you at square one. Think about it! Then after you waste your time, they don't even have the decency to offer a discount. Not the Walmart I remember as a kid.

I got this in Oct 2020 as a housewarming gift and I only use it a few times a week and today 3/2/20 it stopped working completely!! it took the water in gave a shot glass worth out and now won't dispense the remaining water or turn on for that matter... the return policy says 30 days and I'm way beyond that. I will see if I can exchange it but it totally sucks it broke 4mos after getting it...

Not even 60 days old and it's already broken. This is not the first time we've bought a Keurig and its lasted less than 6 months. The quality of the product has gone downhill. We had our first one for over 6 years. And over the last 3 or 4 years we've gone through 4 or 5 of them. What are they doing at Keurig.

Do not waste your money on this crap. Even $49.00 was too much for this piece of junk. Can't imagine someone paying $79.00 for this, which is supposed to be the regular price. It is as basic as can be. Joke's on me for not reading the item description before buying it. It is single serve, so the water tank only holds up to 12oz of water. Which means you need to add water every single time you use it and there's no option to select what cup size you want. Do not buy this trash.

It worked 3 times and then didn't operate at all. I also purchased a replacement, and the same thing happened. It worked twice and then stopped operating at all. Water never came out of the water container. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Also, Walmart wouldn't take the product back because it was purchased online. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

I never got this item. When I purchased it, it said it was available. Then I get an email when I get to Walmart that they did not have it %26 I need to change to a different one. This was the only reason why I went to Walmart to pick up. So upsetting.

I will be returning this. It has been used. When I pulled it out of the box , the top plate came off. The unit looks dirty. There's no instruction book with it. If I could give no stars then I would. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. Thank you

junk, didnt work right from 1st use, coffee didnt get super hot, kept it for 2 weeks before returning. Last time we used it, had to push button several times to all the water to go through and it was only lukrwarm
