The product arrived in two boxes. It took about 3 hours to assemble the cabinet and install the fireplace box complete. The pieces were clearly marked. The instructions were very clear. Quality wood cabinet. The heater blew out good heat and had a realistic flame. Some of the videos we viewed had flickering cabinet lights which concerned us. These flickering lights must have been with the camera because the lights were steady and adjustable. The digital heater display showed a digital number. This is our second fireplace cabinet and this is so much better than the first.

No way would I have been able to assemble this. It took a professional 2 hrs. Super glad we had him..absolutely love this piece.

I aways get nervous reading some reviews. I'm 71 years old and am fairly handy. Item was shipped and arrived 4 days early. It arrived in two boxes, each weighing 100 pounds. Fed-Ex arrived and the young man got out his hand truck and went to open the rear door of his truck. He was shoving the boxes to the rear and I asked if both of us could carry them to the house. With a huge smile he thanked me for the offer. We carried each package and sent them inside the front door in the living room. One package had some minor outside damage. Opening the boxes I could not believe how extremely well they were packaged. Absolutely NO damage whatsoever. Unpacked and inventoried pieces.....all there...even a package marked 'SPARE' containing assorted duplicate pieces of hardware. Instructions were detailed diagrams with no written instructions. Extremely simple assembly using only a %232 Phillips screwdriver and an included Allen wrench. Wood dowels used on various pieces even had a small (@ 2oz.) container of wood glue included (two containers of glue were needed to do a proper job, but I had sufficient quantities in my workshop.) Everything was pre-drilled and fit properly....I was extremely impressed! Working alone and assembling on padding on the kitchen island, it took me about 4 hrs to complete. Wife helped me to lift to set on the floor. Finished product without furnace approx 80 pounds...furnace which just slid in from the back and plugged in was probably about 60 pounds. It was installed after cabinet was on the floor and moved to location. The drawers and doors installed after unit was in place.The additional shipping weight was all padding and packaging. TOTALLY impressed with delivery, shipping, quality, ease of assembly. Finished product.

It looks beautiful. The assembly was a bit challenging due to figuring out how the bar to the draws were to be placed. Other than that, it was pretty simple. It does have a LOT of parts and hardware, and takes a bit of time to assemble; but well worth it! P.S., upon arrival check your boxes for any shipping and delivery damages. Look at each part carefully to check for any damaged or manufacturing flaws. I had a problem with a few of the major parts being damaged. I contacted Walmart and the Manufacturer, and they were responsive in getting the matter resolved in a time manner. 👍🏾

I purchased this item in beginning of January and shipping/delivery was on time. I also purchased the Angi assembly service and that went well also; the technician put the stand together in about 4 hours. I absolutely love my new fireplace Tv stand, it looks amazing and it adds a very cozy feeling to my living room.

Worth every penny! super fast shipping. it came in two boxes both came same day wich was awsome.husband took around 3hr. love the colors the fire effect. it has a time and you can choose how fast the fame can go(it really cool) it came in good condition and everything was wrap in foam pretty good. im super happy with this purchased.

beautiful set up. super easy to put together. took me and my husband maybe an hour. was delivered early, and so beyond happy with it. Definitely recommend buying it.

Nice visual appearance overall, though some gaps between glass door fronts and the cabinet itself, when they are closed. Def purchase the assembly service—it took the Angi rep over 3 hours to assemble (not from his lack of skill), and better to have two people for assembly due to the weight of the various components. Sturdy hardware for the cabinet doors and drawer pulls, heavy weight glass for the door fronts and shelves. The heater unit should have a higher temp to be reached than 82*F, but it does put out sufficient heat in the room. Not pleased with Walmart or the original seller of this item, as I ordered one which did not show, and had to pay over $200 more for this same item from OKD. Would have been an excellent value for the original purchase price, which Walmart did not honor, overall I think the price should be about $100 less ($400 range). At least this one actually arrived from Walmart, sad that is the case. Wish the lights for the shelves had a separate controller from the fireplace, but they are all attached.

The product came broken inside from the box. The handyman opened the box to assemble to see the parts were broken. We attempted to call Walmart customer service did not receive any instructions on how to return nor any refund for the purchase or any emails.

I received my package. All items were not included such as the bottoms of both drawers. I would really appreciate the missing pieces be shipped to me. That's the step we got to and noticed they weren't included in the package.
